The spacious room and cleanliness were excellent. The housekeeping did miss a few details, but I appreciated prompt maintenance for a squeaky door. I'd recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay! The hotel is super clean and the facilities are great, especially the pool and spa. The location is perfect, right near the train station and South Bank, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, I enjoyed how spacious the room was-it had everything I needed, and I even loved the selection of toiletries!
I found the bed pretty hard, which made it tough to get a good night’s sleep. The staff were also a bit unhelpful at times, and I had a frustrating experience with check-in, feeling like my concerns were brushed aside. great place but some service improvements would be nice!
